    Insurance

    Our office will do our best to help you understand your dental benefits. As a courtesy, we will verify your benefit coverage prior to your visit if you provide us with all the necessary information needed to do so. Please be aware that this verification process is only an estimate of what your insurance company will cover; it is not a guarantee of dental benefits. Any co-insurance and/or deductible(s) you owe will be due on the date of service. We do participate with Delta Dental and Anthem of Virginia; we are out-of-network providers for many other insurance companies. However, there are some insurance companies that do not allow for out-of-network coverage. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine if you have out-of-network coverage. As a courtesy, we will file your claim(s) to your insurance carrier, however, if the insurance company does not pay in a timely fashion, the full balance becomes patient/ guarantor responsibility.

    Non-Insured

    For patients who do not have dental coverage for the treatment being given, payment in full is due the day treatment is provided. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. In addition, we also offer CareCredit and Chase HealthAdvance (medical/dental credit card). For more information on CareCredit or Chase HealthAdvance, please call our office or log into their website (www.carecredit.com, www.healthadvance-online.com). In some circumstances, we can also set up a monthly payment plan.
